This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements and refunds for orders placed on fitidea.site.
1. Eligibility for Return
Due to the nature of wellness and consumable products, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, you may be eligible for a return or replacement in the following situations:
- You received a wrong product.
- You received a damaged or leaked product.
- The product packaging was clearly tampered with at the time of delivery.
2. Time Limit for Raising a Request
If you face any of the issues above, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
- Opened, used or partially consumed products (unless damaged on arrival).
- Change of mind or personal dislike of taste/feel/effect.
- Delay in delivery due to courier or external factors.
4. Refund or Replacement Process
- Contact us at support@fitidea.site with your Order ID, issue details and photos/videos.
- Our team will review your case and may ask for additional details.
- If approved, we may offer a replacement shipment or a partial/full refund, depending on the situation.
5. Mode of Refund
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via bank/UPI transfer (for COD orders), within a reasonable time frame.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled by the customer only before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed and may depend on courier status.
