This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered by FitIdea (operated by Affibay).
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
- Metro cities: approximately 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Other locations: approximately 5–7 working days after dispatch.
- Remote or difficult locations may take longer depending on courier service.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We may offer free shipping above a certain order value as part of promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we may share a tracking link via SMS, email or WhatsApp, depending on availability. You can use this link to check the current status of your shipment.
5. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
- Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address/phone details.
6. Delivery Attempt
- Courier partners usually make one or more delivery attempts.
- If the package is not accepted or delivery fails repeatedly, the order may be marked as undeliverable and returned. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Tampered Package
- If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it, or record a video while opening.
- Immediately contact us at support@fitidea.site with your Order ID and pictures/videos of the package.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we primarily serve customers within India. International shipping, if offered, may be subject to additional charges, customs duties and longer delivery times.
